ok so Janssen is the winner I’ll be reading These is My Words by Nancy E. Turner sometime in the next two weeks. Maybe I’ll make it to the library in NC while I’m still here, if JenTastic doesn’t unleash the closet trolls on me at night.

I’ve been deleting all the spam comments I get on my blog. Yes, I do get some.  A few. Once in a while.

So, anyway, I was doing the routine cleanout and found this one.  It humored me, so I will share it with you here:

Even though I’m not a dude! this works for me.  And yes, I do use Twitter.  And, no, I’m not telling you.  I have put video on my blog but I like to think I do a good job of entertaining my readers (Jen, Lillian, Val, Kim and that person in China) even without it.  But thank you, oh, random blog spammer, thank you for adding a smile to my day. Er night.

I do have some real posts coming soon.  Some of you know that I’m helping my friend JenTastic move while her husband is deployed in Iraq.  It’s been quite the adventure so far.  We had a good drive and I even read the last few chapters of Chasing Fire aloud to her in the car because she couldn’t wait to finish the book.  Now people, that’s the sign of an amazing book.  I read it to her, even though I normally get sick when I read in the car.  I was queasy the rest of the ride, but it was so worth it because we then discussed this amazing book and how Suzanne Collins is going to have a heck of a time wrapping up this story in the final installment (due out in August).

Here’s hoping some BBQ is in my near future.
